Both in the sale and acquisition of a property in Spain, it is necessary to offer all the guarantees. This is a fundamental aspect, as the investor has to know exactly what he is buying and under what conditions.
On the other hand, it is important for the seller to offer this legal guarantee and thus make the possible transfer of real estate in Spain more transparent. For this type of issue, a verification process known as Due Diligence is necessary.
